Werkgeversvereniging Fysiotherapie represents the interests of employers in physiotherapy. For this association, Valo produces the annual General Meeting as a fully virtual event.
No physical venue is required. Speakers, board members, members and even our technicians all participate remotely. From our remote control room, we make sure the meeting runs smoothly, looks professional and is easy for online participants to follow.
Watching live and voting digitally
During the meeting, members can watch the live broadcast and take part in digital votes. When a vote is required, members with voting rights see the relevant options online, such as in favour, against or abstain.
Valo supports this process both technically and visually. We assist with opening and closing voting rounds, display the voting question clearly on screen and can present the results in a clear format when needed.
Quick to set up, professional to deliver
A fully online production is relatively quick and straightforward to organize. Because there is no venue, catering, travel or full on-site crew required, preparation stays manageable and costs are lower than for a physical event.
