Synthon is an international pharmaceutical organization focused on the development and production of generic medicines. With offices and teams around the world, clear internal communication is essential.
For the 24 February 2026 edition, Synthon worked with Valo Online Events for the full technical production of its corporate town hall on location.
A professional team on location
Valo deployed a five-person event crew, including an on-site lead, camera operators and an audio specialist. The team arrived more than five hours before the event to build the full technical setup and test all systems carefully.
The production included a multi-camera setup, professional audio, presentation integration and speaker name graphics in Synthon’s brand style.
Careful preparation and result
In the weeks before the event, Valo worked closely with the Synthon team to align the technical production with the program. Presentations were loaded in advance, speaker order was confirmed and all name graphics were prepared.
The result was a professionally produced corporate town hall with clear communication, reliable technology and a polished look.
