VKOZ events & communicatie, together with the City of Rotterdam, asked Valo to livestream a hybrid event for municipal employees about social leadership.
The 2023 Week of Service Delivery focused on simplifying municipal services by sharing inspiring approaches and practical ways of working. The session in Rotterdam’s Heineken building was one of many sessions organized across the country.
Online livestream with Valo START
The kick-off was broadcast live using Valo’s Valo START concept: a compact, efficient setup that delivers a powerful but straightforward livestream.
Valo START was ideal for this smaller event because it provided a professional livestream experience without the complexity or cost of a larger production.
Result
By turning the event into a hybrid meeting, the number of visitors doubled: 40 people attended physically and 40 watched online. For this event, that was a strong turnout.
