VKOZ events & communicatie, in collaboration with the City of Rotterdam, approached Valo to livestream their hybrid event on social leadership for municipal employees.

Week of Service Delivery 2023: Working together on simplification. An initiative by and for civil servants, aimed at improving municipal services by sharing inspiring approaches and practical ways of working. The event in the Heineken building in Rotterdam was one of many sessions organized across the country.

Online livestream with Valo START:

The kick-off in the Heineken building, a mix of history and modern facilities, was broadcast live using Valo’s Valo START concept. This compact and efficient setup delivered a powerful yet simple livestream.

Valo START, known for its compact size and cost efficiency, was ideal for this particular project. The package is designed specifically for small to medium-sized events where a full technical crew or extensive equipment is not feasible or necessary. With Valo START, we were able to offer a professional livestreaming experience without the complexity and costs of larger productions.

Price indication:

The investment in the Valo START setup was between €1,500 and €2,500, an affordable solution for the event. This approach delivered a successful, technically flawless kick-off that allowed the City of Rotterdam to communicate its goals effectively and reach a broad audience.
