Orange Cyberdefense is a cybersecurity company. For their webinar series on cyber security and resilience, specialists sit around a round table and talk with each other. The conversation can be followed live, and the recording remains available for anyone who watches later.
A professional webinar in a small room
The webinar took place on location at Orange Cyberdefense. Valo chose small, compact cameras without a camera operator. This keeps camera crew out of the shot, the room stays calm and the speakers can focus on the conversation.
That is the strength of this setup: even in a relatively small room it delivers a professional broadcast, without the room filling up with people and equipment.
Questions from the chat, answered live
The webinar ran on GoToWebinar. Viewers could ask their questions in the chat. The host saw those questions on a large screen and put them directly to the guests, in the middle of the broadcast.
Questions that are not reached are answered afterward by Orange Cyberdefense. For anyone watching the recording later, the chat is no longer available: those viewers can contact Orange Cyberdefense.
Our approach
Valo built a compact setup on location: lighting, cameras on stands and a microphone for each guest at the table. We used the same setup as for the previous production, which gives the series a consistent look.
