A groundbreaking hybrid event
Through Valo’s long-term collaboration with the City of Rotterdam, we were asked to livestream the Rotterdam Leadership Workshop at Het Timmerhuis.
The event focused on “The power of a safe team” and was accessible to both in-person and online participants. The location reinforced the theme with its community-focused atmosphere.
Invitado online event platform
The event used Invitado’s Transmisión Livestreams platform, chosen for its usability and versatility. It supported online registration, interactive sessions and streamlined communication before and during the event.
A technically demanding production
A smooth combination of technical and show elements was essential. Presentations, video inserts and live call-ins were integrated into a detailed production script.
The hybrid setup created an inclusive experience, allowing home participants to actively join through a secure stream, chat and video connections.
On-demand and 4G livestreaming
After the event, the full program was available as on-demand video with subtitles. When no fixed internet connection was available, Valo guaranteed the livestream using the mobile 4G network.
