Explainer videos to support sales and technical teams
Daikin faced a challenge: the internal service department was overloaded with technical questions from the field. Daikin asked Valo to create explainer videos and interactive livestreams to support sales teams and installers.

Since 1924, Daikin has worked on healthier and more sustainable environments as a leader in heating, cooling, ventilation and air-cleaning technologies.
Livestreams and on-demand videos
The solution had two parts. Livestreams allowed Daikin to train many colleagues interactively and efficiently on different products.
On-demand explainer videos were also developed for the online portal, giving sales employees and installers direct access to clear information.
Showroom transformed into studio
Daikin’s showroom was transformed into a professional recording studio. Complex installation procedures and product details could then be explained in an understandable way.
Result
The online learning modules and educational webinars reduced the number of questions to the internal service department and improved the quality of support. Staff could access the information they needed whenever they wanted.

The costs for this type of solution range from roughly €3,000 to €6,000 depending on the scale and requirements of the project.
