Overloon War Museum
A live online information evening between the tanks
The Overloon War Museum focuses on the history of the Second World War in the Netherlands. Valo helped the museum organize professional Zoom sessions and coached the team remotely.

The museum organized information evenings for parties that support charities. These groups visited several online sessions before deciding which organization to support.
Preparation
Valo helped the museum host the Zoom sessions themselves. We designed the presentations, prepared the production script and advised on camera equipment and lighting.
Because the museum is full of tanks and the spaces are quite dark, we also helped with practical technical decisions and pulled internet cables to guarantee a stable connection.
Result
The result was a successful information evening that the museum could run itself. Valo supported remotely and helped remove the technical pressure from the team. The museum repeated the evening several times afterwards.
What Valo delivered
