Equal opportunities for every child
In early March, the 10th edition of the Rotterdam City Dictation was celebrated at Het Timmerhuis in Rotterdam. The event highlights and promotes the power of language.

The power of hybrid event organization
The hybrid setup made the event accessible and inclusive. With 45 first-year secondary school pupils physically present and the same number online, the format showed how hybrid events can reach a broader audience.
Audiovisual support
As AV partner, Valo provided audio reinforcement in the room, smooth video streaming and seamless integration of communication technology such as Microsoft Teams.
Local figures including city poet Jeroen Naaktgeboren and alderman Said Kasmi contributed to the event, with Elten Kiene as host.
