To improve the quality and reliability of its webinars, Medische Scholing brought in Valo to design and build a professional, future-proof webinar studio.
From a complex setup to a clear workflow
The existing studio consisted of several separate systems that were linked together in a complicated way. This makes it difficult to scale up and to train new staff.
Our goal is to help organizations evolve from “it works” to “it works every time.”
That is why the goal was not just to replace equipment, but to create a clear, logical and user-friendly workflow suited to frequent webinar productions with a larger team.

The studio was designed and built by our livestream guru and tech expert, Peter Robbemond, with a focus on both technical performance and practical usability.
By reducing complexity and simplifying the workflow, the Medische Scholing team can focus fully on the content and quality of its webinars.
A newly designed in-house webinar studio
Valo designed and delivered a new studio setup built around technology and ease of use.
The upgraded studio includes, among other things:
- a central, streamlined video workflow
- professional integration of audio and video
- a clear and well-organized setup
- increased reliability for recurring webinars
