To improve the quality and reliability of their webinars, Medische Scholing engaged Valo to design and build a professional and future-proof webinar studio.
From complex setup to a clear workflow
The existing studio consisted of several separate systems that were coupled together in a complicated way. This made it difficult to scale and to onboard new staff.
Our goal is to help organizations evolve from “it works” to “it works every time.”
The objective, therefore, was not only to replace equipment, but to create a clear, logical, and user-friendly workflow suited for frequent webinar productions with a larger team.

Built by professionals, designed for daily use
The studio was designed and built by our livestream guru and tech specialist, Peter Robbemond, with a focus on both technical performance and practical usability.
By reducing complexity and streamlining the workflow, Medische Scholing’s team can focus entirely on the content and quality of their webinars.
A newly designed in-house webinar studio
Valo designed and realized a new studio setup in which technology and ease of use are central.
The renovated studio includes, among other things:
- a centralized and streamlined video workflow
- professional integration of audio and video
- a clear and organized setup
- increased reliability for recurring webinars
This resulted in a studio that works intuitively while delivering higher production quality.
