We are currently advising the municipality on how they can offer these workshops through a professional livestream, directly inside Microsoft Teams. The workshops are held from a webinar studio on location at the municipality. The instructor teaches in front of the camera with supporting visuals. Participants can watch this livestream directly in the online meeting tool. In this way there is 100% control over the content and quality.
At the same time, coaches are active behind the scenes to connect directly with the trainees through the meeting platform via one-on-one video calls, so they can assist and coach them. As a result, direct contact with participants is possible, easily within Microsoft Teams, the environment they are already familiar with.
