What does a livestream or webinar cost?

Valo organizes online events in all shapes and sizes. From small, personal board meetings to enormous hybrid conferences with a ‘million-strong audience’. And because every project is unique, we create a tailored solution for every situation.

Livestreaming costs depend on many factors. With Valo MINI it already starts at €395 for a half day. With Valo START you have a fully managed livestream or webinar from €995 per day. Below is an overview with rough price ranges.

Valo START & Valo MINI: accessible and affordable

Do you want to become acquainted on a small scale with the world of livestreaming and online events? Especially for organizations with a smaller budget, we created Valo START and Valo MINI.

Valo MINI is our most compact and mobile solution: one camera, one microphone and mobile internet. Suitable for simple livestreams, ceremonies, small gatherings and quick requests. Valo MINI is available from €395* for a half day and from €595* for a full day.

Valo START is our compact webinar and livestream setup with two cameras, studio lighting and a presentation connection. Ideal for webinars, presentations and online gatherings with multiple speakers. Valo START is available from €995* per day.

Consultancy trajectory

For larger trajectories we look at the overarching issue within the communication and/or marketing strategy. Valo then creates together with you a clear roadmap for how online and live video can become part of it. In doing so, the key performance indicators (KPIs) that are critical for you are taken into account.

Such a trajectory costs between €1,500 and €2,500.

Webinar or livestream

Valo builds a livestream studio on location for one or more days, for example at your office. A webinar or livestream costs on average around €3,500 – €7,000 per production day, including preparation and a technical run-through in advance.

Based on previous projects: an AGM or hybrid gathering usually falls between €4,000 and €8,000. A town hall or multi-day event is more in the range of €5,000 – €10,000. For more extensive productions with multiple cameras, parallel programming or an aftermovie, we charge €6,000 – €12,000. Everything is bespoke – feel free to request a no-obligation indication.

A TED-worthy hybrid event

If you really want to go big, as we did for TEDxRotterdam for example, you should think of an investment of between €15,000 and €20,000. Here Valo fully takes care of you in the preparation, the event itself and there is extensive aftercare afterwards.
